New Autocluster to Boost business at Kapiti Landing

The securing of high-quality tenants for a newly created ‘auto-cluster’ at Kapiti Landing is a significant milestone for the business park according to the development’s shareholders.

 

Kapiti Landing chairperson Sir Noel Robinson today announced that the construction of new premises has begun for specialist car dealership HMC Kapiti and expert mechanics A Grade Automotive. Tenancy negotiations with a fuel company for a new service station are also well advanced. Todd Property Group has a 75% stake in Kapiti Landing.

HMC Kapiti is a family owned and operated business that offers the latest models of Kia, Holden and Suzuki as well as high-quality used cars.

A Grade Automotive specialises in Nissan, VW, Audi and BMW repairs and will also be bringing its sister company Rent Me Rentals to Kapiti Landing.
